First time consigning is by appointment only. Due to high amount of inventory, we can not review your items during store hours or drop and runs.

Please Note: Appointments book up fast. If you need to cancel your appointment please give 24 hour notice so we may make your slot available to someone else - we have a wait list!
Consignment Period
Items are consigned for a 90 day period. The 90 day consignment period begins once your items are put out for display. Items consigned later in a season will be consigned for 60 days.

Payment and Credit Details
Your split percentage depends on the form of payment you select. When paid by check, you will receive 45% of the selling price. When paid in the form of store credit, you will receive 50% of the selling price.
Unsold Items
Once the 90 day consignment period ends, consigned items become the property of Bellies & Babies and may be donated to a local charity. Tax donation receipts will be given upon request. If you wish to retrieve your unsold consigned items, please come by the store to pick up your items anytime after 60 days into the consignment period but BEFORE the 90 day expiration.

STEP TWO
PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Sort Items
Items for consignment should be in season, in current style, and in excellent condition. We ask that items be freshly laundered (or dry cleaned). We cannot accept items with stains, tears, missing buttons, pet hair or items that have excessive wear. Bellies & Babies reserves the right to select only those items which we think that we can sell. Please note that brand, condition, customer demand, and current supply levels are taken into account when accepting items for consignment.

Please note we are STRICT about kids clothing brands. We no longer accept Gymboree (unless NWT or their holiday line), First Impressions (Macy's brands), Burt's Bee's, Target Cat & Jack. We do not accept Carter's, Gerber, Children's Place, Kohl's etc.
What we Accept: IN SEASON Maternity clothing, upscale children’s clothing size newborn through age 10 years, popular gear, Educational toys, and books.
What we do NOT accept: Car seats, cribs, bedding, breast pumps, baby gates, baby blankets (unless NWT), sleep positioners, shopping cart covers, crib aquariums, bath robes, Keepsake items, plush toys, and Recalled items (it's against the law to re-sell recalled products).

Complete Forms
New Consignors: Print and fill out the item Listing Form and Consignment Agreement Policy in advance of your appointment.
Existing Consignors: You may log into your account to submit your listing form online under “new inventory”.

STEP THREE
BRING IN YOUR ITEMS

By Appointment
There is no limit to the amount of items consigned but please bring your best items. Due to the large volume of clothing we receive, we will select your best items overall.

Drop and Run
Established consignors may do one (1) drop and run Per Season of children’s clothing. Drop and run for maternity and gear is unlimited. Please email your listing form from your online consignor account prior to drop off. Please Note: We do not review items with you at drop off and items NOT accepted (due to season, brand, stains, etc) will be donated without notice. Donation receipt is available upon request.
